Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.

Responsibilities
Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update them regularly
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA principles
Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
Conduct Family Guidance meetings and maintain open communication with families
Coordinate with your Clinical Director to maintain quality across ABA cases
Train and lead a team of RBTs daily to deliver high-quality ABA services
Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using standardized tools
Consistently provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients
Create discharge and transition plans for children on your caseload
Qualification
Required
BCBA certification given by the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
