Responsibilities
Ensures the safety and security of all Guests and Team Members by performing a variety of roles such as walking patrols and occupying various access control points. Utilizes radio telecommunication to report potentially unsafe, suspicious, or threatening conditions
Identifies prohibited items through routine screening of bags, packages, and deliveries and prevents said items from entering the property. Conducts routine visual inspections of houses, facility areas, the main venue, and safes to protect company assets during and after business hours
Responds to reported incidents, assesses the scene, and analyzes the situation using sound judgement all while collecting necessary information to construct a written witness statement. Assists and directs Guests and Team Members during safety concerns and emergency response situations
Actively monitors surveillance of the experience to ensure safety of all Team Members and guests throughout the venue. Routinely monitors building/venue to ensure safety of all Team Members within the building. Reporting and responding to any behavior that violates company policy
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to administer CPR and/or First Aid with proper operation of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Basic computer proficiency and strong communications skills
Consistent attendance is a job requirement
Required to successfully attend and pass all recurring mandatory/legal licenses and certifications as a condition of employment
1+ years of relevant security or military experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A background check is mandatory and results must meet Universal Destinations and Experience's background check criteria
Preferred
High school diploma or GED is preferred
