Responsibilities

Configure and integrate telephony and VOIP systems, including SIP-based solutions
Conduct lab evaluations of new software and hardware for performance and reliability
Provide critical project assistance and technical leadership on deployments
Perform fault isolation, triage, replication, and resolution of complex issues
Support SIP layer troubleshooting and PBX feature provisioning

Required

Active Secret Clearance required

Hands-on experience with application server products preferred
