Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies—including email, paid search, display, and social media—to drive client acquisition and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics

Oversee website and landing page optimization for SEO and conversions while managing multiple concurrent marketing projects using structured project management methodologies

Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Team, delegating tasks effectively, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability for project and campaign outcomes

Required

5+ years of digital marketing experience

3+ years managing teams

Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience in Pardot and Salesforce
