Working with stakeholders to ensure tools and systems meet the needs of the business
Working with stakeholders to establish development priorities
Communicating between IT and Business Owners
Communicating realistic deadlines for projects
Creating Business Processes and Capabilities Maps
Designing and executing implementation plans for system, process and procedure changes
Communicating with the Business Data & Strategy team and IT to create technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Possess a degree in Business or a related field OR have 1 year of relevant work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Willingness to travel
