Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of Workday Payroll and Time & Attendance
Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and best practices
Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication and readiness
Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage dependencies
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation

Required

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
6+ years of experience managing Payroll project deployments
Workday Payroll experience strongly preferred
2+ years of experience leading Time & Attendance / Time Management (T&A) projects
Strong understanding of business technology and IT support systems
Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
Proven change management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging leadership teams
Demonstrated expertise in risk and issue management

Preferred

Prior experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Time Tracking
Experience working in a consulting environment
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
