Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in New Hampshire
1 to 2 years of family law experience
Strong legal research, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to our Dover offices as needed
Commitment to contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace
Successful passing of background checks
Preferred
Experience with contested and uncontested family law matters
Familiarity with court procedures within New Hampshire
Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations
Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution techniques
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Proven track record in managing family law cases from inception to resolution
