IDD Supports Coordination Regional Director

The IDD Supports Coordination Regional Director will provide leadership and oversight for service delivery and compliance across an assigned region, focusing on building high-performing teams and fostering strong partnerships.

Responsibilities
Oversee regional operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with SAM standards and state requirements
Supervise and coach regional leaders to promote performance, accountability, and professional development
Lead regional audits, monitor outcomes, and implement action plans to address service gaps
Partner with county officials, community stakeholders, and internal teams to advance program goals
Ensure consistent communication with executive leadership and across teams
Provide leadership during crises, transitions, and staffing gaps as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
At least seven (7) years of experience in human services
Five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to integrity, accountability, and collaborative growth
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned region
Preferred
Master's degree in human services, public administration, or a related field
