Oversee all financial activities of the business - reporting, cash flow analysis, planning and budgeting, etc
Develop internal controls policy
Prepare all financial statements and forecasts
Manage all compliance-related issues across the business
Oversight of Payroll and Procurement controls
Daily bookkeeping/controller activities
Migration from Quickbooks to advanced ERP
Qualification
Required
CPA
Prior experience in Manufacturing (Ideally Semiconductor Manufacturing) Industry
Deep knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance regulations
MUST be located in the Bay Area and able to work in-office
Candidates must be qualified accountants and have experience in the semiconductor industry
Preferred
Experience working with Indian Subsidiaries is ideal (not a hard requirement)
