Uber Freight is seeking an experienced Sr Sales Compensation Analyst to join their growing Total Rewards team. This role will partner closely with various departments to ensure accurate and strategic administration of sales incentive plans, focusing on data analytics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Own the implementation, tracking, and administration of Uber Freight’s sales incentive plans

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements

Support plan design through cost modeling, scenario analysis, and benchmarking

Develop and maintain queries and dashboards to support compensation analytics and participant reporting

Research and resolve incentive disputes raised by plan participants, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

Ensure data integrity and accuracy across compensation systems and reporting tools

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Compensation, Sales Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
