Responsibilities

Define and implement a winning B2B and distribution sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and market penetration goals across North America
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, wholesale partners, and regional distributors to create a strong, profitable network
Collaborate with leadership to formalize wholesale sales processes, including pricing structures, discount tiers, dealer agreements, merchandising standards, and training programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for major distribution partners, conduct performance reviews, and uncover growth opportunities to ensure brand consistency and partner success
Develop high-quality sales materials, product training manuals, and wholesale-focused presentations that empower partners and drive results
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in automotive aftermarket and overlanding to provide strategic insights to the Product Development Team
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and oversee the B2B sales and incentive budget
Support shows, events, marketing initiatives, and even hands-on projects with the team

Required

Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO
5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 2+ years in B2B, wholesale, or distribution leadership
Proven success in building and scaling distribution networks, ideally in Automotive Aftermarket, Powersports, or Outdoor Gear
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and project management skills
Ability to travel 25–30% for partner meetings and industry events
Knowledge of wholesale margins, dealer profitability, and distribution logistics
Budget and cost management expertise
Ability to inspire and lead a sales team in a competitive market
