Responsibilities
Design and develop cutting-edge, high-performance software solutions for our high-frequency trading systems, ensuring low-latency, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quantitative researchers and traders, to understand their requirements and translate them into robust, efficient code
Implement algorithmic trading strategies and enhance existing ones, optimizing for execution speed and accuracy
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of the trading systems
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of our trading platforms, utilizing data analysis techniques to identify areas for optimization
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and algorithmic trading practices, and leverage that knowledge to drive innovation within the firm
Qualification
Required
C++ programming experience
Experience in developing high-performance software solutions
Understanding of low-latency, reliability, and scalability in software design
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantitative researchers and traders
Experience in implementing and optimizing algorithmic trading strategies
Strong testing and debugging skills
Ability to monitor and improve performance of trading platforms
Knowledge of data analysis techniques for optimization
Awareness of industry trends and technological advancements in algorithmic trading
