Responsibilities
Take complex operational problems in logistics, manufacturing, or AI and ship complete software solutions
Architect, build, scale, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
Develop user-facing frontend interfaces using React
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems. Experience with Agent architectures is a strong plus
Establish technical standards and make foundational backend architecture decisions
Work directly with the founding team as the primary technical partner for system design
Qualification
Required
6-15 years of professional product engineering experience
Demonstrated history of building and shipping end-to-end software products
Strong Backend Expertise: Deep experience in designing and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and services
Frontend Proficiency: Professional experience building modern, user-facing applications with React
Industry Relevance: Professional experience or a strong interest in the AI, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries
A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university
Preferred
Experience with Agent architectures is a strong plus
Experience building and maintaining production AI/ML systems is a significant advantage
