Director of Clinical Solutions Group

Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Clinical Solutions team, overseeing all critical interactions and engagements with prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with clients to conduct in depth clinical assessments of their current after hours care processes and organizational challenges
Develop data driven recommendations and robust business cases demonstrating how our solution optimizes patient safety, staffing requirements, financial performance, and operational efficiency
Lead client facing presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, translating complex clinical process details into actionable implementation plans and system adoption strategies
Manage, mentor, and lead the Clinical Solutions team, including performance management, professional development, and resource allocation
Act as our Clinical subject matter expert, staying current with home health and hospice regulatory requirements, industry trends, and evidence based nursing best practices
Partner proactively with Product and Development teams to shape clinical workflows, ensuring product design aligns with best practices and regulatory guidelines
Advocate for continuous product improvements based on client feedback, clinical efficacy data, and evolving industry standards
Lead the optimization of internal and client facing triage and escalation protocols
Work closely with Sales teams to tailor product demonstrations and proposals to the specific clinical and operational needs of prospective clients
Collaborate with Marketing to produce clinically relevant content
Serve as a high level resource for Customer Success teams, troubleshooting complex clinical questions post implementation and developing long term solution adoption strategies
Travel up to 15% will be necessary to facilitate client interactions and attend strategic company meetings
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license, Physical Therapist (PT), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership, consultative, or informatics role within home health or hospice
Demonstrated experience in translating complex clinical workflows into technology solutions and implementing change
Preferred
Proven experience in triage, after hours care, or telephone nursing is strongly preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), clinical decision support tools, and telehealth or triage solutions is highly desirable
