Internal Wholesaler Trainee (March 2026 start date)

Jackson is a financial services company offering an Internal Wholesaler Training Program designed for motivated individuals to earn necessary licensing and training for a sales career. The program aims to develop skills for becoming an Internal Wholesaler or RIA Internal Consultant within approximately 5-8 months.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Obtains SIE, Series 6, 63 and State Life Insurance License registration within 90 days. Additional FINRA licensing may be required
Completes assigned projects in a timely manner
Learns Jackson's systems, sales model, and products
Participates in trainings and develops knowledge of the financial services industry
Works with Internal Wholesalers and RIA Internal Consultants to learn about the wholesaling role, territory management, and product sales
Completes New Hire Product Training and Supplemental Training
Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
FINRA SIE, FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, State Insurance License required
Obtains SIE, Series 6, 63 and State Life Insurance License registration within 90 days
Completes assigned projects in a timely manner
Learns Jackson's systems, sales model, and products
Participates in trainings and develops knowledge of the financial services industry
Works with Internal Wholesalers and RIA Internal Consultants to learn about the wholesaling role, territory management, and product sales
Completes New Hire Product Training and Supplemental Training
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Is detail and process oriented
Possesses a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, and a strong desire to learn and succeed
Has critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrates ability to be self-driven and follow through as directed by management
Enjoys working in a competitive environment
