Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging website layouts using wireframing and layout design principles, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices with responsive web design techniques
Design and produce high-quality graphics, logos, motion graphics, and visual content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
Collaborate with developers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, and other web development frameworks
Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) by applying best practices in content structure, metadata, and web accessibility standards to enhance visibility
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements; analyze web analytics data from tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to refine user engagement strategies
Maintain and update existing websites built on content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint or custom platforms; perform website maintenance tasks regularly
Ensure all designs adhere to web accessibility standards and usability principles while supporting information architecture for intuitive navigation
Utilize version control systems like Git to manage code changes efficiently during collaborative projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital design, interaction design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics creation
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Adobe XD or Figma for prototyping
Hands-on knowledge of front-end development including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular; familiarity with PHP and MySQL is a plus
Experience working with responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal performance across desktops, tablets, and smartphones
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing; analyze data from web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for continuous improvement
Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal), web accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and stakeholders
Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Balsamiq or Axure; experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD is highly desirable
