Responsibilities
Defines learning or talent strategic plans for business unit, ensuring alignment with business and organizational priorities
Develops, recommends and oversees tailored business and organization-aligned solutions, evaluates effectiveness of approaches and make recommended shifts, as needed
Build and foster productive relationships with leaders and their teams. Act as trusted advisor for strengthening business performance. Demonstrate credibility and trust. Work cross-functionally across the organization to develop competitive strategies for workforce development
Guide executive and leaders through change by building leadership capabilities and change readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources
OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field
Financial Services experience
Demonstrated success partnering with executives to develop and implement strategic talent solutions
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to financial and operational outcomes
Technical Specific Certifications Preferred
Strong understanding of industry principles and practices
Strong understanding of skills-focused talent practices
Advanced in talent solutions
Advanced executive communication
Consulting and business acumen skills
Ability to influence and negotiate
