Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience as a Controls Engineer
Experience with rapid prototyping and HIL validation
Familiarity with Speedgoat / dSPACE MicroAutoBox platforms
Experience in an automotive embedded controls environment
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink model-based design
Experience with real-time ECU prototyping
Experience in bench/HIL commissioning
Knowledge of CAN-based calibration & diagnostics
Strong execution-oriented mindset
Experience supporting prototype ECU bring-up, validation, debugging, and customer-facing commissioning
Ability to collaborate with OEM system engineers, offshore development teams, and validation groups
Experience with bench ownership and real-time debugging
