Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations for multiple entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across entities
Supervise and mentor staff accountants, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance
Maintain and optimize accounting workflows and internal controls
Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity operations
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll systems
Preferred
Service industry experience preferred
