Senior LevelLHH is partnering with an established engineering consultancy to identify a Professional Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. This role will serve as a technical and project leader, overseeing electrical design efforts while supervising and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities
Lead electrical design efforts for building systems across a range of projects
Manage projects from concept through construction
Supervise and mentor engineering staff in both technical development and career growth
Coordinate with internal disciplines to deliver cohesive, constructible designs
Interface with clients and project stakeholders as needed
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
Demonstrated success managing projects and leading teams
Strong technical expertise in electrical building systems and working knowledge of related disciplines
