Responsibilities
Design and implement ML models and algorithms that advance code understanding, code classification, retrieval, and developer productivity
Own projects end-to-end: from ideation and prototyping to optimization and production deployment
Build and maintain research infrastructure, experimentation frameworks, and data pipelines at scale
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate research into user-facing impact
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering research
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience)
Deep experience with LLMs, Retrieval Systems, or Post-Training
Strong understanding of modern machine learning techniques (reinforcement learning, transformers, etc)
Experience with large-scale data processing, training, and model deployment
Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Preferred
Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields
Background in developer tools, IDEs, or software engineering productivity systems
