Responsibilities

Install complete HVAC systems, including line sets, condensate drains, and electrical feeds to manufacturer specifications

Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for diverse commercial and industrial clients

Diagnose and resolve complex issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across various HVAC systems

Perform precision testing to locate refrigerant leaks and implement appropriate solutions

Troubleshoot diverse service challenges, source replacement parts, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments and customers regarding work progress, parts procurement, and status updates

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handlers

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, electrical schematics, and control drawings

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations

Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while prioritizing safety and quality

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver heavier items with appropriate equipment, and work from heights on ladders or lifts
