Qualification
Required
Are 18 years of age or older
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028
Preferred
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership potential through campus activities, previous work experience, or community involvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Passion for improving employee experiences and workplace solutions
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
