Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for design, production, merchandising, product development and planning role, from intake and strategy through offer and close
Partner closely with Design, Product, and Planning leadership to deeply understand team structure, seasonal calendars, technical requirements, and long-term talent needs
Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive talent across creative, technical, and product disciplines
Leverage market intelligence, industry knowledge, and data to provide hiring recommendations, compensation insights, and competitive analysis
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience, particularly for senior and highly sought-after creative talent
Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor, providing regular updates, talent calibration, and guidance to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and workflows in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Required

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Design, Production, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning or Technical Design
Proven experience recruiting within apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer products environments
Deep understanding of creative and product roles, including how they intersect with sourcing, development, and commercialization
Strong command of recruiting metrics and a data-driven approach to optimizing hiring outcomes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
Collaborative and influential partner who can engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Agency experience strongly preferred
