HR Coordinator
Horizontal Talent is seeking an HR Coordinator to support various Human Resources functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The role involves coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, administering employee benefits, and maintaining accurate HR data.

Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, policy acknowledgments, and termination meetings
Administer employee benefits enrollment and changes; maintain accurate data entry in carrier systems and HRIS
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, forms, and HR processes
Maintain electronic employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
Support HR operations by assisting with audits, verifications, subpoenas, and routine HR projects
Coordinate employee engagement activities and provide administrative support across departments, including facilities access and safety initiatives
Lifting of supplies, files and related materials is required (up to 25 lbs.)
Ensure all HR activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
