Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to optimize building performance and controls by sharing resources and coordinating work assignments
Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to enhance building controls systems, ensuring safety and cost efficiency
Adapt building control strategies to address trends, alarms, recalls, and sustainability initiatives such as daylight harvesting and energy reduction
Communicate progress and provide expert advice to support continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, monitor results, and implement effective business solutions
Model compliance with policies and promote integrity, ethics, and company values in all activities
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in building controls and HVAC systems with a strong understanding of building management systems and refrigeration
Ability to analyze building performance data and implement programming solutions to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Skilled in diagnosing technical issues, applying proactive solutions, and ensuring effective follow-up to maintain system reliability
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders while managing priorities and deadlines
Commitment to safety, compliance with policies, and upholding high ethical standards in all work activities
Adaptability to change, continuous learning, and a focus on driving operational improvements
