Responsibilities

In partnership with Senior Director, Organizational Design and Enablement and departmental leadership, lead department-wide initiatives to optimize workflows and role alignment to accelerate growth in the business
Develop and execute comprehensive OD strategies aligned to strategic priorities
Partner with internal change and learning experts to ensure cohesive skill and knowledge development programs
Design and deploy actionable, human-centric programs to improve workforce readiness and adaptability
Use diagnostics, surveys, workshops, and analytics to inform change strategies and guide decision-making

Required

Solid experience in organizational development or related consulting roles
Proven expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development
Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-site, multi-leader projects
Experience strengthening readiness, capability, and successful adoption of transformation initiatives
