Human Resources Intern
Troon is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Human Resources team as an Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of HR management, providing valuable learning opportunities in a dynamic workplace environment.

Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, such as performance evaluations, employee engagement surveys, and benefits administration
Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting research, drafting communications, and documenting discussions
Resolve submitted cases by employees and other partners through our ticketing system
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the HR department
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
