The RPS will oversee the daily operations and administration of clients’ retirement plans, ensuring exceptional service, compliance, and operational efficiency while serving as the primary contact for plan sponsors and participants.

Responsibilities

Manage, prepare, and present materials for retirement plan fiduciary review meetings including investment research, fee-benchmarking analysis, and compliance reporting

Advise plan sponsors on investments, compliance regulations, and plan design options

Serve as the primary resource for plan sponsors, coordinating with recordkeepers and third-party administrators to resolve issues and ensure effective plan administration

Develop, prepare, and present materials for retirement plan participant education meetings

Provide plan participants with guidance on retirement preparation, procedural details, and in resolving issues with vendors

Assist with new business opportunities, plan analysis, and onboarding

Collaborate with recordkeepers, TPAs, and internal teams to maintain accurate plan records, facilitate investment updates, plan design changes, and ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met

Prepare and distribute client communication and educational materials
