Responsibilities

Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of diverse talent for internships and full-time roles

Establish and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, student organizations, and key university stakeholders

Plan and attend career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and on-campus interviews

Guide students through the application and interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience

Represent the company’s culture and values on campus and through social media engagement

Track recruiting metrics, analyze effectiveness of campus programs, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align campus recruiting efforts with business needs
