Responsibilities
Drive substantial business outcomes that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints across hardware and software touchpoints
Lead discovery efforts including user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
Establish success metrics that span the entire product experience
Partner with engineering, business, and executive teams to align on product and design direction, presenting concepts and rationale with confidence and clarity
Lead end-to-end design processes for major product features across web, mobile, and tablet experiences
Facilitate design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions that bring together diverse stakeholders
Build strong cross-functional relationships that ensure feasibility without compromising vision
Champion human-centered design while leveraging AI tools to accelerate and enhance design workflows
Maintain design standards and actively contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure product and design excellence
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of hybrid product design and product management experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms
Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how they reshape product development workflows
Exceptional sense of ownership and care, combined with a high degree of agency. If you see something that doesn't feel right, help make it right
Fluency in modern design tools and prototyping methods
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication abilities
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring clarity to complex, undefined problems
Systems thinking approach to product ecosystems
