Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are paid in a timely manner
Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc
Assist with the preparation of reports
Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting
Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent
Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval
Evaluate and select solutions from established options
Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
