Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and system tune-ups on a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
Perform minor repairs on HVAC equipment
Provide customers with recommendations to improve the operation of their HVAC system
Collect payment for services rendered when required
Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
Conduct performance tests and measurements to ensure HVAC systems meet efficiency and safety standards
Collaborate with clients to explain maintenance findings, recommended repairs, and maintenance best practices
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude
Valid driver license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screens
Positive attitude
Ability to work independently and self-manage
Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
General sales skills and aptitude
Customer service knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Great listening skills
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
