Responsibilities
Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1)
Manage PERM labor certifications and recruitment steps
Handle immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization
Advise on immigration options and maintain visa compliance
Communicate with clients and agencies; maintain accurate case files
Qualification
Required
2+ years of business immigration experience, managing cases independently
Strong knowledge of temporary visas and PERM/I-140/I-485 processes
Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and immigration case management software
