Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities
Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to optimize building controls, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
Manage and execute special programming projects, including daylight harvesting and sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption
Monitor system trends, alarms, and recalls, providing proactive responses and ensuring solution effectiveness through follow-up
Communicate progress and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and adapt to changing requirements
Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and adherence to company policies

Required

Proven experience with building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting building management systems
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and their integration with building controls
Ability to analyze data and apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
Effective communication skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers while coordinating work priorities
Demonstrated capability to adapt to change, learn new technologies, and implement sustainable energy reduction initiatives
Commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business and customer needs
