Responsibilities

Create and manage user accounts, home folders, and network shares
Provide timely responses and follow-up on daily Help Desk tickets and support requests
Perform Active Directory maintenance, including accounts, groups, and OUs
Maintain existing scripts and automated jobs
Support all account- and access-related issues
Maintain departmental documentation and runbooks for Identity Management
Manage and assign Office 365 licenses
Maintain Group Policies
Support and maintain the Identity Management and Account Request systems
