Director of Business Development - Staffing
Ingenium Talent is a leading Search and Staffing firm based in Louisville, KY, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director for their Staffing and Consulting Solutions division. The role focuses on expanding offerings in staffing, building client relationships, and leading a sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities in the staffing industry and develop strategies to expand our client base
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and customizing solutions to meet their requirements
Hire, train and mentor a sales team while also driving new sales activity
Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with clients' expectations
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build industry connections and promote our services
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our staffing solutions and value proposition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, with a focus on temporary staffing, direct hire, and executive search
Strong understanding of the staffing industry landscape, including market trends, best practices, and competition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth
Ability to develop creative and customized staffing solutions that meet clients' needs
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
