Life Style Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understand their staffing needs, and deliver customized talent solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the staffing team

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders

Understand client business objectives and workforce needs to develop tailored staffing solutions

Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates

Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, ongoing support, performance reviews, and issue resolution

Monitor placement success and ensure high-quality service standards

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services

Track and report on account performance metrics, including fill rates, retention, and client satisfaction

Stay informed on labor market trends and workforce challenges relevant to client industries
