Responsibilities

Lead client discussions to understand order management, billing, and receivables processes
Conduct workshops to capture requirements and align them with Oracle O2C capabilities
Act as the primary point of contact for functional design and business process mapping
Analyze current O2C processes and design Oracle solutions that meet business needs
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows
Ensure integration with related modules (Inventory, Shipping, AR, GL)
Configure Oracle O2C modules (Order Management, Receivables, Advanced Pricing)
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces
Support SIT/UAT testing and assist in issue resolution
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams

Required

5+ years of Order to Cash Lead experience
Experience working for a Big 4 Consulting Company and setting up global client workshops
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Order-to-Cash cycle (Order Management, AR, Pricing)
Experience in end-to-end Oracle O2C implementations
Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate client discussions
Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Familiarity with Oracle setups, configurations, and integration points
Ability to work with technical teams on customizations and data migration
Ability to travel to client site 1x 2 months
