Milken Community School is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to provide high-quality technical support to faculty, students, staff, and parents. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and classroom technology issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support for laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and support classroom and A/V technology, including projectors, Apple TVs, interactive displays (e.g., Clevertouch), and conferencing systems
Deliver one-on-one and small-group technology training for faculty, staff, and students as needed
Coordinate and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation of complex issues
Assist with device setup, deployment, inventory management, and documentation of IT assets
Create and maintain basic support documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support knowledge base articles
Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects, upgrades, and campus technology initiatives

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience providing end-user technical support in a school, nonprofit, or professional environment
Strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, Adobe, ChatGPT, Blackbaud, Google, and common productivity platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with students, faculty, and staff in an educational setting

Preferred

Experience supporting classroom technology and A/V systems preferred
