Supportive Housing Program Manager
Phaxis LLC is seeking a Supportive Housing Program Manager for their Brooklyn location. The role involves overseeing program operations, managing client services, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols while supporting client progress.

Responsibilities
Maintain professional client relationships, confidentiality, and compliance with all security, privacy, and health-safety protocols
Coordinate with peer programs to support client progress and share best practices
Supervise and support staff: set performance targets, observe work, conduct reviews, oversee training, complete evaluations, and manage timesheets
Oversee all program operations, including activity development, documentation, quality-assurance measures, and compliance with organizational and funder standards
Prepare accurate, timely contract reports and analyze program data to guide improvements
Manage client services, including accessing community resources and ensuring apartment vacancies are filled within 4–6 weeks
Partner with Housing Operations/property management to ensure building cleanliness and efficiency
Participate in start-up activities (marketing, lease-up, program development/implementation)
Attend required meetings; complete incident reports; promptly report significant or high-liability events
May interact with funders and make hiring/firing recommendations
May carry a limited client service caseload
Duties may evolve over time
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling/Guidance, Art Therapy, or related field (LMSW, LCSW, or other relevant licensure required)
Experience in clinical supervision, housing issues and working with individuals with mental illness, substance abuse issues, HIV/AIDS and other special needs
Experience developing and facilitating groups
Knowledge of supportive housing services operations
