Responsibilities
Represent the Quality Engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, including grooming, sprint planning, defect triage, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis
Design and execute test strategies, including manual and automated testing, in-sprint automation, and regression testing
Actively participate in requirements grooming sessions to ensure clear acceptance criteria and comprehensive test coverage
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright and other tools, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to team members and driving continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within Agile environments
Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing
Expertise in Playwright is a must, including the ability to design frameworks from scratch
Strong skills in SQL and Core Java
Experience with Cucumber BDD, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, GitHub, and Jenkins
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvements
Experience in translating QA, UAT, and business scenarios into automated regression test cases
Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery practices
