Responsibilities
Coordinate the movement of multiple engineering lots through the manufacturing line, including wafer fab, assembly, and testing. Ensure timely project execution from start to finish
Create test programs and review test data. Ensure compliance with design specifications
Plan and execute product qualification campaigns
Generate technical reports for internal and external communication
Generate product datasheets
Maintain up-to-date GANTT chart with project schedule and negotiate priorities when needed
Track and communicate project status, key results, risks, and problems
Drive root cause investigation for performance or quality issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis skill. Familiar with JMP and MS Office
Exceptional time management skill
Self-motivated and adaptable. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with semiconductor device manufacturing, testing and qualification is a plus
Familiar with GaN power devices is a plus
