Sr Account Executive
Ultra Consultants is hiring an experienced Sr Account Executive to own and grow new enterprise relationships with mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies undergoing digital and ERP-driven transformation. This is a high-impact, high-earning role for a consultative seller who thrives in complex sales cycles and enjoys working directly with executive teams.

Responsibilities
Own and close new logo consulting engagements
Develop opportunities through relationships, networks, and targeted prospecting
Lead discovery-driven, consultative sales cycles
Help clients define digital transformation roadmaps , business process improvement, ERP selection strategies, and implementation plans
Expand accounts by aligning additional services to evolving client needs
Clearly articulate current-state challenges → future-state value
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling professional services / consulting (process-focused preferred)
Experience navigating complex, discovery-based sales cycles
Strong executive presence and business acumen
Familiarity with manufacturing & distribution environments
Comfort discussing business process improvement + enterprise technology
ERP exposure strongly preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
