Responsibilities

Supporting Active Directory (AD), ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Microsoft Identity Manager

Managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensuring proper testing and deployment

Participating in disaster recovery planning and lifecycle management of IT services

Collaborating with architecture teams for seamless operational transitions

Ensuring authentication flows are correctly routed across AD, ICAM, and AWS IAM

Supporting enterprise backup and recovery architecture
