Responsibilities
Intermediate level responsibility for technology and security asset risk management
Risk identification, assessment, prioritization and reporting, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identification of improvement opportunities to refine risk management processes while ensuring the protection of technology and information assets
Collaboration with cross-functional and business teams to support continuous improvements for the existing risk management program and contribution of artifacts for risk governance
As part of the global Security & Digital Risk team, work both collaboratively and independently to drive goals and objectives
Foster strong relationships with colleagues and business leaders to enable risk mitigation
Use effective communication skills to connect with stakeholders and manage interests in the organization
Enable the proactive identification and resolution of digital & security risks by collaborating with multiple teams
Lead and contribute to outcomes for:
Risk assessments
Security improvements
Audit remediations
Support alignment of security operations to policies, standards, and procedures
Contribute, maintain, and report on Key Risk Indicators
Effectively communicate risk status to key stakeholders
Track, measure, and communicate the quality of risk management processes and controls applicable to IT
Demonstrate both ethics and resourcefulness
Qualification
Required

Focused experience in Information Security and Digital Management similar to the above
Experience in a Pharma / Biotech / Healthcare company
Certified CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or relevant experience
Experience working with security and IT risk management frameworks and regulations (ISO, NIST, GDPR, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
Knowledgebase of GRC tools (ServiceNow, Galvanize, Archer, WolfPAC etc.) is extremely helpful
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant work experience and training
