Day-today administration
Async administration
ION administration
Effective dated request maintenance
User administration
Security build/maintenance, including UI Access Control
API administration
Administration and configuration
Technical troubleshooting is nice to have, but it’s mostly covered by a Developer
Design and Implement API monitoring/controls
Administration Console maintenance
Process Server administration
(added plus) WFM administration
Upskill team members/teach CloudSuite Administration
Qualification
Required
Experience in multi-tenant cloud-based system
Eye for automation to replace manual tasks that the current team do
Preferred
Technical troubleshooting is nice to have, but it's mostly covered by a Developer
