In this role, you will manage and support the end-to-end content lifecycle, ensuring high-quality content delivery to a worldwide audience of Audit & Assurance practitioners.

Responsibilities
Align with US Eastern Time hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Coordinate with global and member firm stakeholders to publish, update, and localize content across markets
Maintain and quality-check XML-based content in support of global Audit & Assurance engagements
Ensure timely and accurate updates within Tridion Docs to support ongoing transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content workflows and maintain consistency across deliverables
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in knowledge management or content operations, including authoring, revising, or performing quality reviews of XML-based content
Strong understanding of DITA XML and experience authoring in Oxygen or similar XML authoring tools
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or virtual team environment
Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems such as Tridion Docs
Familiarity with global or large-scale content production processes
