Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IP voice and video infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted service availability

Configure and manage network components, including Cisco/Juniper routing and switching devices, voice subscribers, call routing rules, and distributed firewall systems

Perform system maintenance and change management, including capacity planning, configuration updates, documentation, and validation of change requests

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, such as SIP signaling, call flows, remote site registration, and media problems, while contributing to technical policy development
