Providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Previous Customer Service Experience
Ability to multi-task
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Flexible schedule, including AM's/PM's, weekends and holidays when necessary
Preferred
Experience preferred in fine dining
Familiar with POS (Micros) and reservations system (Open Table)
Previous customer service, Restaurant Greeter or similar role in hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid AZ Food Handlers License
